Position Overview: As a Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions Specialist, you will play a critical role in our company's success by actively sourcing and evaluating potential investment properties and coordinating the assignment of contracts to our extensive network of investor buyers. Your expertise in the real estate wholesaling process, market knowledge, and large investor buyers list will be instrumental in helping us maximize profits and expand our investment portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Property Sourcing:Utilize your experience and knowledge of the real estate market to research and identify potential investment properties suitable for wholesaling.
Proactively reach out to property owners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to uncover off-market opportunities.
Collaborate with our team of licensed real estate agents to conduct thorough property evaluations, including analyzing market data, comparable sales, and potential rehab costs.

Investor Buyers Network:Leverage your existing network of investor buyers to quickly connect and assign our investment contracts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Actively grow and nurture your investor buyers list through networking events, industry associations, and targeted marketing efforts.

Deal Negotiation and Contract Management:Work closely with property owners and investors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the acquisition and assignment of contracts.
Manage all aspects of the contract process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while meeting deadlines.
